Payments accepted are United States Post Office Money Order, Check, or Cash. All personal checks must be verified and payment received before an item will be shipped. At this time, no credit card payments are taken at our school locations. If you would like to make payment with your credit card via PayPal, please contact our office for verification procedure and instruction.
Adult/Kid's Starter Package, Adult/Kid's Advance Package, and Parent Coach packages may be ordered in advance and are pick-up only at the school's location.
United States Post Service is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States, but willing to use another carrier at the customer's request. We will contact you shortly after receiving your order via e-mail with the shipping costs. Buyer pre-pays items plus shipping and insurance (optional). Shipping costs vary dependent on the weight of item, insurance or carrier change (if requested) and area shipped. Once we have shipped your items out, we cannot guarantee and will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will provide you with any and all tracking information, via email, once your item is shipped.
International Orders/Shipping – (outside continental U.S.)
We will contact you shortly after receiving your order via e-mail and will inform you whether your order has been accepted. Buyer prepays items plus shipping. Customs, duties, or any other fees are the buyer's responsibility. Insurance may be required and is the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your countries customs or shipping office for requirements and specific shipping costs for your area of the world. Most of the time, we are able to track your package up until it reaches your country's customs, and it is in our experience, that this is where a delay may occur in shipping time. Once we have shipped your items out, we cannot guarantee and will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will provide you with any and all tracking information, via email, once your item is shipped.
Payments and addresses must be verified before we will ship any item. Please make sure that a correct shipping address; customs or special instructions are given to us. Please make sure that you accept your package when delivered.
We cannot guarantee DVD compatibility. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. E-mail us if you have any questions or concerns regarding international orders.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Ambrose Academy will not pay the shipping charges on returned items. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for books, DVDs, and used or washed/worn merchandise. All sales are final. All merchandise is inspected before shipping.
Because DVDs can now be copied so easily, we can only accept returns on damaged DVDs, and a copy of the same title DVD will replace returns. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. In the event of a damaged or non-functional DVD, we will ship a replacement at no cost (ie, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement). We can offer NO REFUNDS.
Your product is defective.
We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available).
All defective products may be returned within 10 days for a replacement. No Refunds. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to process your request.
How to make a return.
To return a package, include a copy of/original packing slip that was sent with the order and send a letter with your reason for return and include all supporting documentation. Please make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Use a carrier you trust with a tracking system to help track the package in case of loss, stolen or damage. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. Ambrose Academy will not pay the shipping charges on returned items. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Purchases made at our school location must be returned to the same location.
Equipment Warning: The items sold on this website are manufactured with care and craftsmanship to provide a degree of protection to help reduce the risks of injury. These products are used enhance the learning process specifically used in drills and exercises to provide a degree of protection, and are not meant for heavy or full contact. These products are not warranted to prevent injury. The user, therefore, assumes full responsibility for all risk of injuries. With time and use the materials used in these products will lose some of their effectiveness and require regular replacement.
